Delivery to the UK

We ship orders daily. Ready made items will be shipped within 2 business days.  Made to order or custom made items should normally take up to a week to be made and shipped, we will be in touch to confirm timings.

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail and standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. We also offer an express delivery option with Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service, which aims for next business day delivery.

Finally, we also offer the option of local pick up, if you are based in SE16 London. If you select this option, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable time.

Delivery to the EU and the following countries:

Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukrain, Uzbekistan, Vatican

Delivery is free for orders over £150.

Delivery cost for orders below £150 varies between £9 and £12.5 depending on item weight.

Please get in touch for combined or custom orders, as the shipping rates are likely to differ (will usually be lower!). If you end up paying more for shipping than the actual cost, you will be refunded the overage :)

As we navigate through the implications of Brexit, our customers from outside of the UK are likely to have to pay additional fees upon delivery, until we work out how to collect VAT and custom duties.

Delivery to the rest of the world

Delivery is free for orders over £250.

Delivery cost for orders below £250 varies between £12 and £25 depending on item weight.

Please get in touch for combined or custom orders, as the shipping rates are likely to differ (will usually be lower!). If you end up paying more for shipping than the actual cost, you will be refunded the overage :)
